Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, ALL items are MADE TO ORDER, therefore we do not accept returns/exchanges. Personalized items with an initial or name will be made exactly how they are spelled when adding the item to your cart. Please make sure you double check your cart at checkout for correct initial or spelling before you place your order! If you need to edit your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order or we cannot guarantee your order hasn't already been started or fulfilled. All items in your order are triple checked before being shipped but we understand that mistakes can still happen on our end. If you receive your product and there is an error on our part, i.e., wrong item was shipped or there is an error with initial/name/color not matching your order receipt for personalized items, email a picture of what you received with your order number so we can get you the corrected product as soon as possible. *Please be aware that each item may differ slightly from pictured items. Each piece is made from natural wood and has variations in color, grain patterns, texture, and natural flaws. We cannot guarantee all items will be identical and without natural flaws but know that we hand select our materials to prioritize consistency and quality.
